laptop and ddr3

Hi I've been reading these forums for some time now but couldn't find anything specifik for laptops and memory related problems.

I currently have a intel t4400 @ 2,2 ghz and some ddr3 1333mhz memory,
but the t4400 only has a fsb of 800 mhz, since you can't really do some overklocking on a laptop I was just wondering if it were possible to change the multiplier (current 11x) to around 6,5-7x and the rated bus speed to around 333mhz to get the full potential out of the memory.
Will it have any inpact on stability and temperatures etc? and will my overall performance increase?

I'm just wondering if it's possible, i'm most likely to not do anything with it but just want to know, so if you know anything about this please leave a post 😉
