My wife has a new Dell latitude though work - a 630 I think, I have a Precision 6300.

Can I use her dock?

Also, will our chargers work on each others' machines? I've got the larger, higher output brick charger and she has the standard charger. I'd assume they'd both work on both machines, just charge at different rates?

 
No difference in rates. Look at the output specs for the charger. If they are the same and connectors fit - they will work.

The adaptability of the dock depends on the connector.
