Lapidary?

I started to post a hot deal here, but did it right hot deals.

I am taking a faceting glass in June at William Holland Lapidary School. I was wondering if anyone else does faceting or cabbing here?

Yes, I took the only university course in the country that does this, a Gems and Gem Minerals class in the Geology dept at UT. It was a lot of fun. If I had a few thousand spare dollars laying around I'd buy a machine.

I am tracking with you there. I want to get a machine, but the $2k plus about $750 more for laps and things is too much at the moment.
