Well, I just reformatted my lap top and installed Windows 98 to it. I'm having trouble loading the drivers for all of the devices. I have a disk though that has all of the drivers on it. How do I go about installing the drivers? I'm a newbie and need some help. Thanks.
Go to device manager and you will see everything for which a drive is not installed, or is causing a conflict. Click on the devices with question marks and hit properties. There is a driver tab where you can update the driver. Just point Windows to the disk you have with all of the drivers on it. If you don't have them on disk, download them. windrivers.com is an excellent place to locate drivers for almost anything.
Yeah Windrivers.com is a great place to find alot of drivers, you could also check the PC manufactors site, some are laid out great others not so good.
