LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D: Which Lan port do I use?

I own the LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D, which has two ethernet ports on the back.

Does it matter which one I use?

The available options are:
Dual Gigabit LAN - Vitesse VSC8201 Gigabit Phy and Marvell 88E8001 Gigabit PCI

The nforce4 one is faster in theory since it's on the PCIE bus, although there won't be any difference for internet usage. The Marvell one seems to be more reliable though. I have had some issues with the nforce4 one failing for a time on two of these boards recently.

I switched to the Marvell version today and it seems to have lowered my ping times by about 100ms....

Using Skype, I had sound issues with the NVidia port, the Marvell cleared it up. The Marvell works fine for me, no noticeable difference in on-line gaming.
