Hi ,

I already have a Lan Party nForce2 Ultra - XP 2500+ @ 3200+ .

But i have a P4 2.0a Lying just doing nuthing and i wanted a board to run it on , so far i think the AMD NF2 version of the LanParty is GREAT! , and i thought if the P4 version overclocks we'll and is stable it would be nice to have like AMD & P4 Lan Party's side by side .

1 for work and 1 for media .mp3,dvd,avi files etc ...

I was just wondering what anyone else thinks .... and if theres a better board more suited to the P4 2.0a.

Also i see theres 2 P4 Lan Partys :-

Lan Party PRO875
Lan Party 865PE

I was wondering which 1 to get ... as i have no experience with Intel boards any info would be greatly appreciated ... thank you ... bye

that would be awesome. I am going to do about the same thing coming up only i am going all new parts on my lan party p4 system. For the 2.0a I don't think that you will see any performance gains by going to the 875p from the 865pe but you will definatly not have as much on board stuff like sata or raid and i don't know what else. Also if yoiu intend on updating that psu any time then the 875 is definatly a better board all around but for a price of course. So if yo don't plan on upping from that 2.0a and don't need raid or the extra accessories then go for the 865pe but if you want to upgrade and want raid or extra sata then definatly go with the 875pro.
