My friend has just recently put together a new comp. Its a LANPARTY NFII ULTRA B mobo with an AMD Athlon XP 3200+ chip. Everything is in for sure, and everything is hooked up correctly. Just for reference, he's running 512 of Corsair Value Select RAM in DIMM slot 1. We didn't get any post beeps on power up, just a blank screen and all 4 of the diagnostic LEDs were lit with all fans and power running. Any suggestions?

How about some more specs, including the brand & model of power supply if possible :)

It's a Power Lab 480W power supply.
Also installed is a PNY Geforce4 Ti4200 64mb vid card.

These boards are notorios for booting problems, check in the Bios and make sure Super Bypass is ENABLED. Its under the sections with the mem timings ect. This will make my boards unbootable, Also make sure youre not running in you FSB/Memory in Async, some BIOS's dont like it.

If its a new board reset the CMOS via the jumper, i have this board and had to clear CMOS to get it to boot the first time i used it.

That powerlab is probably one of the weeknesses. Would you mind giving us the specs written on the side make sure to include the Amps on the 12V rail.
