After using SLI set up and two VGA cooler for two video cards, including the sound card, is there any PCI-Express slot left ?

I wanted to use a PCI-E network adaptor but dunno if there is any PCI-E slots left after all that..........

Yes, there's one PCI-E slot with 4 lanes.

Holycpu, what VGA coolers do you plan on using? I can tell you that you cannot use two NV Silencers, as there is not enough room between the two slots for the top card to use a Silencer.
