Has anyone experienced problems trying to switch to the correct DRAM voltage in the BIOS (i.e. my DRAM is 280V, but it won't let me switch to anything from the default 260V).

Rise is correct, 3/10 takes care of that problem. You can do it with 1/25 but you need to enter your timings and memory ratio manually. Only then will the Vddr value you enter stay saved. Best to use 3/10 though, it fixed some issues with USB as well...
