I'm a senior at OSU and have had quite a few foreign professors and TA's. It's funny sometimes when they pronounce things incorrectly and it sounds like somthing completely different. Here are a few fun ones.. Anyone share their experiences?

What they wanted to say / What it sounded like

Aspect Ratio / *ss Ratio
Specify / Spice-ify
Integral / Intig-er

best was when my Digital Logic Design prof was saying Bits. but sounded like Bieeets. I went about 3 lectures not knowing what he meant when he said Bieeets.

Or when my Digital Signal Processing prof pronounced H as Hetch. Funny cuz he loved using H as a variable
