Landscape (flipped) Windows 7....Ahhhhh!!!

Greetings,

SO i have a windows 7 pro machine, that once a week, seems to set itself to 'landscape flipped'. When the user comes back in the office the next morning, it is upside down, and he has to go to screen resolution and change it back to 'landscape'. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? Baffling I tell you....

Thanks,
ss4f

The Intel HD Graphics driver contains a feature to rotate the screen. Right-click on the desktop, Graphics Properties, look around in there for the rotate option.

Same goes for the Nvidia or AMD drivers (changing to 'nvidia control panel' or the 'AMD Vision' thingmebob where appropriate).

Hot keys may be enabled.

I've had a few customers ring regarding screen rotation on Intel HD Graphics desktop systems, and so I disabled hot keys as a result, but the hot key for screen rotation is really obscure (IIRC a three key combination) so I have no idea how they would have managed to do it by accident.
