i believe this was just put up for sale on the site, but from what i've read about returns if you don't like the item you can return to Sears for a refund.

Return Internet or catalog orders at a Sears store.
Just follow these guidelines:

Take a string, wrap it around the widest part of your chest. Take that measurement and add 2-5 inches depending on how you like your fit to be. I usually add 3 inches for a comfortable fit.

Actually your chest measurement should be about your jacket size. I have a 39" chest and I wear a size 39 or 40.
