Some of you might have known i had to move to a new apt.
He gave me $900 to move...welp its been 3weeks since i moved and
i've received that $900 plus my full security deposit, plus he added like 2% interest
on the security deposit?....why is that?...is that required by law or something? coz i never
had that before with past landlords.
So now i'm at my new place...i've never even met my landlord...she is in like Boston...
i'm in san francisco...we talked like 30min on phone and she said she'll trust me..and thats
it, i'm living in the new place and i even asked for -$200 just coz the market is bad and i talked
her down to 1/2 security deposit.
only problem...i think there's a certain unknown 'entity' floating about sometimes...which deserves another thread
