AFAIK this is the only hybrid with a diesel to compliment as well.

Either way, it doesn't look like the hybrid does all that much better than the plain diesel engine for adding all that stuff and cost.

These are the two Land Rover Range Rover models sold here in the US currently and they both get abysmal mileage.

You'd think they would have offered the diesel version over here long ago. Their customers are not going to care, imo.

Also wonder why they went with the V8 for the hybrid instead of the V6?

7.5L/100km = ~31.4MPG (US), 37.7MPG (IMP)
