Land purchase(maybe) with health concerns

I was interested in buying some land on a mountain in town , but it has 3 towers on an adjacent ridge . One tower is 300 feet tall which carries radio traffic for local EMS and police , 1 cell tower that is 200 feet , and 1 ham radio tower that is somewhat shorter than the other 2 . The towers themselves do not bother me , I was wondering if there would be any health concerns from all the radio frequencies and stuff flying around at such a close range ?
