Lanboy 350w PS enough to overclock 2.4C?

I am building a new secondary system for work. All it will have is a DVD rom, video card, CPU, MB, HD and ram. It will be for gaming only. Will the power supply be enough to overclock a 2.4C or should I just go with AMD.

pretty sure its an antec 350w. it should do just fine overclocking the P4.

Funny thing about PSU's dont let the fact it says 350 or 400 watt fool you. The thing to look at is what the output totals at the 3.3+5v are. A 350 watt PSU might only put out a total of 180 watts like my old one did. Now I have a 400 that puts out 245 watts, some 350 will go as low as 160 watts so look at what the output is at the numbers I gave are.

I've also got the same case with the Antec 350 Trueblue power supply, and it is in my secondary rig overclocked a 1.8A to 2.4, no problems.
