Alright.

Can someone please explain the difference between these 3?

I keep thinking that

LAN = the 'original', cable in a small building connection

WAN = a wireless router in a room (it's supposed to be city-wide, right? help me but everytime i keep thinking of WAN i keep thinking wireless router)

MAN = ????? Metropolis = Giant city?

---------------

Another thing, can someone point out a good subnetting tutorial? Or explain subnetting?
