LAN stopped working

So I'm just gaming on my desktop and suddenly all network is lost. Can't access anything. Then I turn on my laptop and I can access router and internet, but when I disable wireless and connects directly to the router via LAN, no connection whatsoever. Any ideas? Router broken?

Both router and PC has been restarted.
 
The Ethernet NIC may have developed a bug, or as said the Ethernet cable between your PC and router is shot.
