I have seriously tried everything at this point to get this to work... With dhcp without dhcp...etc. As i have it i have the modem connected to the wan on the router. The router is dhcp disabled the modem is set to dhcp. The router pulls an ip address from the modem 192.168.1.xx /224. The hosts are static ips set to 192.168.1.xxx /224. Modem connects and gets an ip address and such. If i plug a host into the modem directly it works...which it should. I can also ping the assigned ip of the router from a host on the modem. But i cannot ping the modem from a host on the router. The hosts on the router can all see each other...as normal.
So the big problem is that the router isnt getting to the internet through the modem.
How do i do this?
