Just a FYI for those in the SFF crowd there is a new company with a new SFF case coming to market. For now they are calling it 'Da Box' but its my understanding thats to change. Its still in pre production design stage and testing. Always wanted a SFF that can handle the big GPU cards and a bigger HSF for better cooling? This one is worth looking at I think.

Wow, that looks pretty crazy! I wonder what the cost is, with it being manufactured in the USA out of 1.5mm and 2mm thick aluminum?

If the price on those are reasonable, they're going to own the SFF box market. Can't beat having a full size PSU without having to care about length clearance, or heatsink clearance!
Can't wait for reviews!

So far pricing is not fixed but this is what the founder has said last I heard:

Pricing: we are shooting for 2 versions: 1 at $160-$165 and the all black anodize (inside and out) for $185-$190. Of course, this will vary depending on how many orders we get. If we get a LOT of them, we might be able to reduce the price by $10 for each model, which would be great!!!

If you want to read what he is saying and ask questions you can go here where he has started a thread on HF. So far its 15 pages and growing:

More Updated Info:

Good morning everybody,

We will offer a front cover that will allow for more versatility but we wanted to start with a clean design. We will price out these options and keep you informed as soon as we hear anything.

I also wanted to announce the official MSRP price of the case.
Basic model: no window, no anodize inside: $159 (down from $180-$185)
All black model: window, fully anodize: $179 (the best we could do considering how expensive it is to anodize here in the USA, and good quality window cost)
We are hoping we can lower these prices on the long run, but it is very tough right now. Our ultimate objective is to cut $20 on both products over the next 2 years, by optimizing production and suppliers. We'll do our best. Made in USA has a cost, but hopefully, it translate into good quality and happy customer, plus quite a few jobs in the area where it's being produced.

I will try to post some temperature testing later today. More to come the rest of the week with a SLI of 4870 (nice and warm).

Enjoy!

It is a rather big case though. Still if new builders find it easy to work with (instructions are really good, cable routing can easily be done nice and tidy) these guys might have some staying power.
