LAN driver crashes Windows while on VPN - anyone else have this?

I've got a VIA chipset, with the latest VIA drivers installed. (Soltek motherboard) Oddly, when I'm working at home via the VPN (Cisco VPN software v4.6, IPsec), occasionally my machine will just reboot without warning, at random times. I run WinDbg afterwards, and it says the LAN driver caused the crash. Apparently the VIA LAN driver doesn't like IPsec?

Anyone else have this prob? How do I fix it?? It's incredibly annoying...

Maybe cisco has an update to the software or some answers on their FAQ's. Does this board have 1 or 2 LAN ports, what model board is it?
