Lamptron FC-5 channel question (max fans formula)

I'm setting up my first watercooled build and I have 2 FC-5's available to use. I'll be using 2 Swiftech MCR320's so I'm gonna have a boatload of fans going in the case.

Been searching for this, maybe I'm just blind... but I can't find the actual formula for how many fans I can run per channel off of the FC-5.

Basically, how many 1850 GT's can you daisy chain off of one channel on the FC-5 accounting for fan startup load?
 
In theory, 30, but cut that in half for startup/etc.

FC-5 is 30w per channel.
AP-15 rated at .083 A
.083A x12v = .996w
