Now that is just ridiculous hate, plain and simple. Shaq played an awesome game, it just wasn't enough.

In the massive Lakers vs Sixers thread I gave props to the Sixers for an awesome game, and I'm going to do it again. They played excellent and made a believer out of me. The double digit Laker lead early in the game was an aberration, as was Philly's 15 point lead. The close game we saw for the end of the third and most of the fourth was more indicative of the quality of play we will see in this series over its entire course. This series is far from over. I have no doubt in my mind the Laker will win game 2. After that? Who knows, but I do know this will be a hell of a series.

robinson, ewing (maybe), Camby arent at his level, but good too.

People forget how good Robinson was. He's kinda going down hill now, but in his earlier days he played very well against Shaq. Averaged like 40pts/game against Shaq. He, Olajawon, and Ewing were the only 3 to be able to contain Shaq one on one.

Judging from the few games the Lakers did played the Heats, Morning is probably the only Center that plays well against Shaq. Duncan too if he ever plays that position.

I cant believe how good IVERSON is.. how can he shoot like that? he just gets a pass and shoots rigth away!.. daaamn. game 2 was still fun but iverson was well guarded on game 2. however that made other members to step up and it will be very interesting in game 3. did u hear them smack talkin at the end? (kobe and Iverson). i think KObe will get it on game 3.. he is not doing too well, on the other hand Shaq was doing very very well.

I am very impressed with the Sixers. I didn't think they had a chance with the Lakers. But after watching the 2 games, i am a believer!!! The 76'ers are very aggressive and full energy. They hustle on every play and Iverson was just amazing. In game 2, if they didn't miss all those free throws in the end, they could of won.
