he will be found guilty

and u know this because?

prosecutor would not file the chages if he didnt' have a really good case, considering that this will be covered by media around the world i don't think he want to lose the case

yes i did but he won only because of where the case was held and who was on jury. The case origionally was supposed to be held in santa monica, ca but instead was moved to downtown of los angeles(ca). If the case stayd like the civil suit in santa monica he would have been foud guilty.

If Kobe is found guilty then I hope he does time. It's getting real old that Athletes get off with a slap in the wrist when you or I would end up in pound me in the ass prison.

Are you just stupid or are you COMPLETELY unaware of how the justice system works.

Innocent until PROVEN guilty, you choad. I am completely apathetic to the case as I don't give a flying rat's ass about celebrities getting in trouble, but it gets irritating when people automatically assume guilt when someone is indicted with a crime.

When he gets convicted and sentenced, THEN you can start clamoring about the demise of the Lakers (though I think our new teammates should help us stay afloat).

And yes, as Red Dawn said, if Kobe gets convicted, he should definitely serve jail time. Celebrities have it too easy.

Prosecution wants to have the trial where the incident took place. So maybe Kobe will only be able to play in weekend games and when they play the Denver Nuggets in Denver.

then again, a hot blonde 19-year old girl would never come knocking on your hotel room door at midnight.

they're going to have to come up with some really compelling evidence to convince me that kobe forced himself on her. I've supported the guy for 5 years and see how kids look up to him as one of the few good guys in sports. How he's a living example of why adultery is bad news.

At least he stated publicly he did something wrong when he cheated on his wife, a first for an NBA star.

Fortunately they don't have to convince a fanboy like you, just a jury of impartial citizens.

Well, I guess I did think Bush and co. were justified and honest in invading Iraq, and that's not turning out so hot.
Time (and evidence) will tell.
