Lakers Make 6 Points in Last 17 Seconds to Sweep Blazers!

There is another thread about this, but I'll pop in this one too. What an amazing finish!!! With the clock and the points it didn't look like there was enough time to do it. I'm still speechless.

more like 6 points in 10 seconds wasn't it? anyone who still doubt that lakers are the champions, here's another one of the many games where they show how TRUE champions can handle any situation.

I'm still in disbelief they came back to win that game. The clock and the scoreboard was against them, and somehow they did it. It was looking like game 4 was on there for awhile. 😀

The Lakers are on a mission from god to three-peat.... GO LAKERS!!!

The Blazers should just trade all their current players and start over from scratch 🙂

Dallas presents the only obstacle in the Laker's bid for a three-peat. But can they beat the Lakers 4 times in 7 games? I doubt it.

Nope, the Mavericks don't have a legitimate shot at beating the Lakers. Sacramento does (but they still have to prove it on the court), and arguably San Antonio does with home court advantage as well.

Having said that, the Lakers are still 8 out of 10 people's favorites to win it all (again).

<<arguably San Antonio does with home court advantage as well.>>

Well, if San Antonio does get by Seattle, the Lakers will have home court advantage this year over the Spurs. 🙂

So why dont he Mavs have a legitamate shot? I think they do...granted their defense isn't the best and has tons of room for improvement, but when they get the ball rollin, man they just hit baskets left and right.

Dallas has big men that will bring Shaq out. Two of the quickest guards in the league in Nash and Exel. Also who's gonna guard Dirk? Fox? Horry? Dallas was built, or rather bought to beat the Lakers. Like I said, this doesn't mean they'll beat the Lakers but have the best shot.

CWebb chokes in the playoffs and this is Bibby's first. I expect Fox to do a decent job on Peja and Kobe always uses Christie. Also keep in mind Sac only has two legit big men: Vlade and Pollard. Once they foul out it's Funderburke on Shaq.

San Antonio? You do realize that DRob is on the shelf right? And if he does play against the Lakers, guarding Shaq won't help his back now will it? Timmy and a rookie won't be enough to beat the Lakers.

That is if they get past Seattle (which I expect them to). If not, then Shaq will killer crossover Jerome James any day. 🙂
