Laggy Logitech Cordless Keyboard

I just installed my new Logitech Cordless i-Touch Keyboard, and while it's working fine, the response time leaves a bit to be desired. There's a noticeable lag time between the time I press a key and the time it appears on the screen.

Has anybody else experienced this? Is there any fix around this? I'm running it under Win2k SP2, and I've already max'ed out the repeat rates in the Control Panel.

I just got the same keyboard and mouse combo yesterday. I'm also running it on Win2k SP2 and I have no problems what so ever! I have mine connected through the PS2 port. Would you by chance be running yours off the USB port? If so I would suggest trying the PS2 port. Or if you are using the PS2 I would try the USB!

Worth a shot!

Noticed my Logi cordless mouse gets lethargic if I'm too far from the base. It's on the spare, halfway across the room. Usually reorienting the base makes things snappy again. Never had the KB lag though so I dunno if that'll help.

I had some problems with mine on Windows 2000 earlier, however I am running it now with Windows 2000 ealier and it is doing fine. Strange though. I don't know what to say, however I do know that I read somewhere that there are problems with RF mice with Windows 2000.
