    That's the risk you take when you try to buy stolen goods. Nobody sells an iPad that cheap at a gas station to random strangers unless it's stolen. She got what she deserved.

    Reminds me of a local story where some China girl willingly paid $2000 for an iPhone 5 and have the cheek to say she got scammed.

    I don't know why this story got any attention. I also saw it on modmyi.com

    This probably happens hundreds of times per day. This gadget is really $&@&ing popular.
