No, they can't. Being a famous celeb like her usually means you need to be hot but that is just a small slice of the pie. You can go to any big city with a good club scene and find yourself tons of women who are hotter than her and don't have anywhere near her fame or money. Nor can they just go get that money.

It is much more about who you know rather than how you look.

Why is everyone assuming that? There are thousands and thousands of girls out there who have bodies equally as good or better than hers yet they haven't made a million bucks. You can't go make a million on your body alone...well..unless you want to be a porn star. I bet you could then.

But she didn't get to where she is in Hollywood solely due to her body.

If you had her body though, you could always kill the real Jennifer, take over her contract, clean out her bank accounts and investments, disappear from the limelight somehow, and never worry about anything again. Yeah, yeah, there's one little ethical issue to wrestle with. History's shown that sufficient quantities of money can often alleviate the guilt associated with such moral problems.
