Lactose intolerance...

A friend of mine is lactose intolerant and takes two Lactaid Ultra with each meal to control symptoms. Can you take too much? The way I understand it, I don't think you can unless you go nuts and consume 10 pills in one sitting or something since the body is supposed to produce it naturally.

Anyone have any info/experience?

I doubt it since it's just a protein enzyme.

I can't take any of it. Even the Lactaid stuff doesn't work for me. I can't eat cheese or even yogurt.
