i'm sure ornery wants to open up a holocaust museum for all the millions of fetuses lost that weren't even noticed as miscarraiges, but simply seen as heavy menstral flows. maybe he'll decide to sue god later as the most notorious abortion doctor/butcher of fetus's that the world has ever seen. if souls are bestowed upon conception, heaven is damned full of people who have never seen the light of day

As it should've been. If she had been 2 months pregnant, then no. But the fact is, that baby couldve lived just fine out of Laci's womb had it not died with her. If the child can survive out of the womb, I do consider it murder. Maybe I am just crazy...

Soul is a religious term. Do you mean a concious? An id? Become human? Whether you're theistic, agnostic or atheist, you still are entitled to civil rights in this country. Is it a citizen one second after birth? One second before? One minute before? One day? Laci's baby was murdered, though it hadn't been born. It was obviously denied it's right to life.
