labor day weekend question

Would you want to attend a wedding on labor day weekend ? It would be the Saturday or Sunday (not the Monday). What's the likelihood that you'd plan something for that weekend beforehand - rather than being able to attend the wedding ?
 
I have the opportunity to set it for that weekend - or not - depending on whether we think people would have already planned something else for then.
 
the biggest concern would be other weddings planned that day. its a good weekend for a wedding, as people can make travel plans easily without worrying about a monday off. being that its december, if you set the date now people shouldn't already have plans by then.

the other concern since its the weekend after the last week of summer, people might be stretching their vacations into that weekend.
