No, you shouldn't. It doesn't matter which grade level this is at, that's pretty unprofessional. The right thing to do in this case would be, if you really want to make it apparent that this kid did nothing, to turn in the lab without his/her name on it. Then explain to the professor after class that the kid didn't do any work.

I would fail all of you for your lack of consideration. Put everyone's name on the cover sheet, then, as a group, discuss the lack of effort by the fourth student with the professor.

This was sort of a joke, I actually forgot the kid's name, and I used it as a placeholder. I just hope I don't forget.
