By the time someone in the porn industry is diagnosed they've been with a ton of people... and those people have been with other people. Etc...

They play the odds... external ejaculation reduces risk somewhat and I'm sure other factors come into play. But if you're going to have tons of unprotected sex with other people who have tons of unprotected sex... the end is a forgone conclusion.

I saw a documentary about this and they mentioned the gay crossover aspect, but most of their examples were not from gays. I think the biggest problem they mentioned was actors/actresses doing movies in Brazil or something.
