Stop giving the man attention, without it he'll drift away and disappear like a bad funk in the wind.

Fine by me, I never tuned in to any of his ramblings. Either he has mental problems or is trolling warner bros, neither of which interested me. But I think this news indicates the former, we will see.

He has 2 kids though, so that would be a concern if he was threatening with firearms.

can you stop reporting tabloid rumors as news? All I see quoted in that article are TMZ ....owned by Warner Brothers whom he is currently involved in a 100m lawsuit. Conflict of interest much?

I don't understand the logic behind agreeing to not possess firearms in accordance with a restraining order.

If a situation is so bad that somebody is thinking of killing another person, they will kill them. Guns are irrelevant to the situation.

First thought to me would be that people who murder those who have a restraining order against them are quite likely to be crimes of passion/drunkenness/etc. While if someone wants to plot a careful assassination this certainly won't stop them, if they just got mad and drunk, not having a gun on hand seems like it really might help.

The entire purpose of a restraining order is that your actions have merited sufficient judicial intervention as to limit your freedom of movement, your freedom of association, etc. I saw no registered complaint about their restriction of his first amendment right of association, so why the outrage for the second?

I guess he's not a scientologist, they would have straightened him out in the back room.

Who cares? Within one or two years he will be losing his house because he owes the IRS back taxes.

He could still make a comeback.
