Best Chili Dog in LA will be from Tommy's on Beverly & Rampart, while others here will argue this. It shouldn't even be debatable, they have the best chili in So Cal period.
Pink's is whatever, not bad but I wouldn't eat there. Also if you're in So Cal and don't go to Roscoes House Of Chicken & Waffles something's really wrong with you.
