I just acquired this message sign. The power supply and remote with cable are there. I do not have an owner's manual for it. All I get when turned on is this. I tried using the directions on the back of the remote, but nothing is happening. I checked that the cable was plugged in correctly. If anyone knows where I can find a manual, I would really appreciate all advice.PXL_20201011_221835687.jpg
 
HI sorry 2 years later but I just acquired to of these signs and it has the owners manual let me know if you still need it
