Does anyone still play this? I noticed it on sale on Steam with L4D1 for about 8 dollars and thought about picking this up.

I just reinstalled my copies of 1 and 2. Never played the multiplayer though. I might give it a go if it still has a community.

L4d2 has singleplayer? Never knew that, I guess most play multiplayer.

Its pretty fun game, but the server options are terrible. To many modded servers that are unbalanced, can't filter them out to so have to keep trying. Lots of people using hacks. But when you get a vanilla server its fun.

They dont CALL it single player, thats the problem. It actually has a few SP modes.
The campaign from start to finish
Individual maps
And some sort of weird modes similar to the MP version


The bad thing about this game is its exactly like the first one so people already had it in their heads they were bored with it and needed new play styles.

Unreal and Unreal Tournament have that problem. You cant even find a regular game any more. Its all weird shit.

They didn't when the game came out. Do they throw things, Molotovs and pipe bombs, now to?

Actually, last time I played I do NOT recall them throwing bombs. But at least they had the good sense not to steal them either, so you could use them.
