Would love to grab a card that will allow me to play alot of the current PC Games but it's mostly for L4D. My PC is listed below in my sig, I would like to keep it to $80 @ Newegg if possible.

I would go for a 9600gt

The MSI and Zotac ones have good ratings and are in your budget after MiR

The 9600GT or the HD4670 will work fine. The HD4670 will probably be a little cheaper and the 9600GT will perform a little better.

If L4D is your primary concern the 4670 will work great for that and save you some cash. If you do want to do some more gaming then the 9600GT is a little faster for not much more money though it does consume more power (may or may not be a concern for you).

Too bad those $34 9600 GSO deals are all gone, those where the best!

Anybody know if status-now.com is ok? It's located in Tempe, AZ where CPG did all their processing, and Slickdeals has warned against sending rebates that way.

The 9600GT has been on sale for around $60 after rebate a lot recently. I suggest waiting for one of those deals.

I don't know what's with 9600GT prices, but looking at NewEgg the other day - there are plenty of 9600GTs that are more expensive than 9800GTs. Go figure.
