Since it's become mainstream, I use it much less.
Hearing teens walk around and call things leet makes me cringe.

OMG - ths SOOOOO reminds me of the super nerd ugly girl on Tech TV who used the phrase "uber leet haxor"

I never use "l337" or "owned" or "pwn3d" in real life.
I do, however, say "BEST. (SOMETHING). EVAR!" fairly often. And I got one of my non-AT female friends to do it too 😀.
 
I say 1337 and hax0rz and uber at work sometimes (I work as a computer tech for a certain corporation which shall remain nameless). I only say them because the other techs know what they mean and are used in a joking manner.
