You would actually eat kidney pie with ice cream?
If so, i congratulate you on your bravery dear sir and hand you the order of the "cooked goose".
It depends on what species the kidney was harvested from.
Heh, you have no idea what a kidney pie is, do you?
What was your first clue?
And, while you're at it, explain blood pudding. I wouldn't touch it when I was in scotland last century.
It's not bad actually, it's pretty much just gelantine and blood + spices.
It's not all that different from some sausages that you have eaten, high protein, low fat.
Scotland is pretty nice, but if you want true beauty, come to Sheffield.
gelatin comes from horse hooves, right? and blood from where? gonna need a *lot* of spices.
Love brats. Both of dad's parents were born in germany... Mom's english/irish - I know a real mess...
I had some vinyl albums from sheffield labs(?) recording label in the 70s. Same place?
WTH, no, it's the same shit you make pork rinds from... horse hooves??????? The fuck did you get that from? Blooed is pig blood, now you think it's disguesting, but if you knew what was going into a sausage, you'd think that is worse.
Doesn't really matter, taste is taste, i'm a fan of English cooking, one of the few.
