They should be available in around 3 to 4 weeks at the latest. It also looks like the Videologic Vivid XS (Videologic's KyroII version) will be cheaper than Hercules from pre-order prices over here in the UK.

I'm sure one of the big shops in the USA where you get most computer parts from must be taking orders for them.

I tried looking but can't find any place that has preorders here. It might be because the US doesn't carry Vidiologic or something. I never heard of them before. Oh wait, Actually I think I have. Don't they normally sell generic stuff, kind of like I/O Magic? I usually see that stuff sold at Officemax and places like that.

I wouldn't be surprised if nVidia is trying to strongarm Hercules/Guillemot into NOT making the card! :|
"If you put out that card, you can NEVER release an nVidia product again!"
So jealous and vain... ;)

bluemax, that would be quite ironic as Hercules nvidia based cards have a kind of following like 3Dfx did.

Also I wouldn't be surprised if Videologic was cheaper as they are part of Imagination Technologies, the PowerVR developers. They also sell things like DVD cards, video capture, etc.
