Kworld video capture cards?

I'm looking for a video capture card to convert my VCR tapes to DVD. Newegg has several from Kworld, and I'm curious....the ratings on these are through the roof, two hundred ratings and dozens of reviews all praising the < $50 cards. Is Kworld a decent brand or did a bunch of employees get together and spam newegg?
