Kworld TV tuner

White cord is an antenna, middle one is remote wire, top is audio. There should be a normal looking audio cord though I would think that you should hook up audio out on the tuner card to input on your sound.
 
I have the same card installed in a DIM4550. The 8mm plug on the octopus cord (which is the top one in your pic) is plugged into the audio in socket (blue) of the onboard sound and it's working well.
