Forgive the simplicity of this:
I see it has an audio output. You've made sure that it's connected, and your Line-In unmuted?

i have an old All in Wonder card where you have to connect a molex cable from the card audio-out to your MB or sound card-in. without it, no sound.

Molex? Really? (I don't have a tuner card or anything like that, but that seems odd to me)

Looks like the small port on the bottom of your card fits the 1/8" (3.5mm) audio cables.

I can't tell what kind of ends the offwhite cable has, but that might be the one to use.

There is a black one with red and white outputs on one end (RCA audio) and a 1/8" input on the other side. This one will output audio when plugged in, but it's not going to be a compatable physical connection type for your soundcard.

If the offwhite cable doesn't have two 1/8" male ends, I think you need to get one. You can get one at radioshack.

(like this one)

I haven't used a tuner card, but I think I'm right on this stuff. Get confirmation from someone before you go out and buy something though :)

and that soft white on doesn't have another connector. and it feels like its just plastic.
