KVM switches

I'm just interested in hearing what kind of KVM switches some of the fellow admins around here use for their servers?
We're using Cybex switches currently, but we're not entirely happy with them, we had a look at some BlackBox switches, but it turns out they're the same switches with a different nameplate.

Preferably we'd like modular switches where you can mix regular D-SUB/PS2 with vt100.

Reason I'm asking here is I wanna know what people with first hand experience think about them, rather than hearing some sales guy going through a feature list that I'm perfectly capable of reading myself.

We have a few BlackBox switches: a couple old ones with mechanical push button switches that don't have very good video quality but they work okay for compile-farm machines. We have a BlackBox ServManage switch in another lab here which seems to be a lot nicer though it's not rack-mountable. Some of the guys at another site have KVM over IP which they rave about. I've never used it personally though so I can't give first hand experiences.
