KVM Switch for Logitech MX Duo

I've been looking for a kvm for my mx duo as well, but it seems that very few actually work 100%. According to the logitech support forums, someone has actually bought a 2-port iogear usb kvm that works and keeps the functionality of all the extra mouse buttons and extra keyboard keys.

That's the only kvm I've found so far, but it really just seems to be a gamble with any kvm you buy.

I've been looking for one as well and I just saw that same thread you speak of. All the other information I've found about the logitech mx duo and KVM switches don't seem to mention the extra buttons on the keyboard and mouse. I don't know much about KVM switches and I was going to pick up that iogear switch that was mentioned in that thread. However, I just did a search for reviews on it and the first one I saw seemed to mention getting terrible image quality on the monitor with that switch. Not sure what to do now.

What's the deal with drivers and KVM switches by the way? I had just assumed before that the switch didn't need any specific drivers, and that it was essentially the same as someone plugging in and unplugging your keyboard and mouse. But that logitech thread seemed to have a lot of people messing with drivers.
