KVM Problems

I have a new IOGear KVM and cannot get the USB keyboard or mouse to be recognized by the computer. Windows 2000 Pro & IOGear GCS 1714 Any ideas?

Very typical, most KVM's support a limited choice in keyboards/mice. KVM are not typically designed for the 'home' user, but for the server room.

I would say get a usb->ps/2 adaptors for the usb keyboard/mouse.

doesn't work with all KVM's. Had a 2 port that it worked fine with, but have tried several 4 port KVM's and it worked with neither
