KVM on a LCD monitor = shakey video

Like the screen is "wobbly" and its really hurting my eyes, What can it be?

also have you had that monitor connected without the kvm?

tried different monitor on the same kvm port?

different cable?

Using straight DVI or an adapter?

I know wrong forum :S but more people reply here so

Anyways the Monitor DOES NOT do this when hooked up directly to the computer, and the KVM does have the power in, as well the monitor is connected not by DVI but regular

We had a problem like that at work. We had a new HVAC computer installed with a Dell 15" LCD but when we hooked the LCD up to the work file and HVAC computer it would give us shakey / flickering picture. I swapped the KVM with another one and worked fine after.
