KVM cables

I need the keyboard, and mouse cables for my KVM switch.
If I splice two keyboard and or mouse cords together will it work?

Yes, it will work, but you might have erratic operation if you don't get it just right. You can get KVM cable for $15.00 or so. Check here.

Thanks for the link. But I need two sets thats $30 plus shipping. Getting close to what I can buy a cheap KVM with cables for.
