kv7133 won't power on at all help!

I just got all the parts for a system I am building today so I have started to put it together....
1200 Athlon-C(266)
512 Generic pc133 ram
41.1 Gb IMB hd
When I hit the switch on my power supply the light on my mobo comes on but it doesn't start up....
help!!!!!

Do you mean an Asus A7V133???

Do you any of the fans start??? Any beeps from the system???

If you get no beeps and the fans start...the nthe cpu maybe dead...also check the user manual with the mobo if the mobo lights(LED) come on in a certain pattern it will often tell where the problem lies....
